Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: 7/13/25

Welcome to Conde Armory. We are a veteran-operated custom knife and tool maker. By accessing this website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase products from this site. It is your responsibility to know and comply with your local, state, and federal laws regarding the ownership and carrying of knives.

2. Custom Products

All of our knives are handmade and made-to-order or released in limited batches. As such, no two blades are exactly alike. Slight variations in materials, finishes, and specifications may occur and are considered part of the custom nature of the product.

3. Order Processing and Lead Times

Lead times for custom builds or pre-orders will be clearly stated on each product page. Estimated timelines are subject to change. We strive to keep communication clear and transparent, but delays due to material availability, craftsmanship standards, or unforeseen issues may occur.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Orders must be paid in full before any work begins or products ship.

5. Shipping

At the time of this form, we do not ship internationally. We ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order leaves our shop, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. Insurance is available upon request.

6. Returns and Warranty

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our work, all sales are final.

However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to our craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at condearmory@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.

Our knives are warranted against material or workmanship defect under normal use. Abuse, neglect, modification, or improper sharpening voids all warranties. Please refer to the Knifetime warranty information.

7. Legal Use & Liability

Knives are tools—not toys—and must be handled responsibly. By purchasing from Conde Armory, you agree to assume all responsibility for the safe and legal use of our products. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or legal action resulting from the use or misuse of our knives.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, photos, text, product names, and designs—is the intellectual property of Conde Armory. Do not reproduce or distribute without permission.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
